CBC Industrial Services utilizes hand tools such as combination wrenches, sockets and ratchets, dial veneer calipers, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, laser alignment, digital alignment, oxygen and acetylene, various welders for structural/manual processes.
Other machines and equipment consist of the sit-down forklift, scissor lift, Rough Terrain (Gradall), and the skid steel loader (Bobcat).

- Machine erecting and installation with the use of hand tools and precision tools such as micrometers and veneer calipers.
- Machine, pump, and shaft alignment with digital and laser precision equipment.
